Sing This Is Me

One step up from the previous post.

I created a colourful boka background using the large and small orbital stamps. I coloured them with distress inks in colours from yellows through greens to blues.

I stamped the singing bear on kraft card and coloured him with pencils.

I took a white card base and created a side stepper card then cut the background card to fit the panels, running black ink down each side to define edges.

Once I knew where the step would overlap I stamped Sing This is Me on the panel.

I sandwiched the bear between a small disc of card and the background attaching with a brad before adhering all the panels to the card.

I left the area behing the bear blank for a personal message.

Sing Happy Birthday

I stamped the singing bear on kraft card and again on white card then coloured them with coloured pencils.

I then cut them out following the line of the spotlight.

On white card I masked a strip for the sentiment and repeatedly stamped the daisy in a a range of ink from pale yellow through orange to deep red. I repeated the process using pinks and purples.

I secured each character to the coordinating card using a brad.

I stamped happy birthday to the right of them and a small arrow to the left.

I then rotated him out of the way and stamped sing in the space behind.

I finally 3D mounted each panel on a standard white card base leaving a border visible at each end.
